If you experience an incomplete balance or Crypto.com Tokens Missing, it is cause for concern, but it can likely be resolved. In some cases, this may be due to the network confirming your transaction late, you selected the incorrect network (ERC20 vs BEP20), or the app is not syncing properly. First, check a blockchain explorer and see if your transaction is confirmed, and make sure you used the correct token type and network. Then, refresh your app, or log out then back in. If your tokens are still invisible, you can contact Crypto.com support with your transaction ID (TXID) and they will look into it. Taking immediate action may allow you to recover your tokens, or speed up another resolution.
